Awesome and exciting riding trip!
Ride China and it was absolutely amazing - 100% recommended! Everything was organised well - from border entry to meals to accommodation to clearing checkpoints etc. Our guide Sangpo and driver of the support van Tang Pang were a great team - they helped us tremendously throughout the trip with ordering food and recommending places of interest whenever we stopped at major cities. They also helped us with bike repairs and maintenance, translating what we needed to the mechanics at workshops - this was very helpful as we couldn’t speak very good Mandarin. The trip itinerary was also very well planned and spaced out, and we had sufficient time to rest and explore the attractions. Accommodation was also excellent - at least 3-4 star hotels every night, great location and facilities. Will be back for another tour in future!!

My experience with Jah and the crew was truly excellent. I did a 29 day tour with them on my bike from Kyrgyzstan to Laos. From the planing phase to the ride itself and the aftermath, Jah was always there to assist. Everything was perfectly organized and taken care of. Jah is seemingly able to find a solution to every problem while being completely relaxed and never lossing his temper. He’s a great guy and very good guide. You don't have to worry about anything except enjoying the ride and all the amazing experiences China has to offer. If you are searching for a organizer for your chinacrossing Ridechina is the way to go!

Tiger Leaping Gorge-Old Burma Road
This is the second time we have ridden with Jah and Ride China.This time we rode BMW 650s through the picturesque countryside of NW Yunnan through the cultural towns of Dali, Lijiang, and Shaxi to Tiger Leaping Gorge in the Himalayan foothills. We then turned south on the historic cobble-stone Burma road to the Burmese border town of Ruili. Jah is well-versed in the history of the area and is able to offer interesting insight and perspective. The trip was well organized and the bikes were in great condition. We highly recommend Jah and RideChina and look forward to riding with them again.

Fantastic ride through Yunnan, Tibet and Xinjiang provinces
Our trip started in northern Laos and ended 7000 km later in Kashgar taking in Lhasa, Everest base camp and uncountable high pass crossings. Ride China with Jah at the helm guided us flawlessly on the ride and he was the perfect leader never loosing his temper although at times people in the group would disappear for hours having gone to the front and taken the wrong turn... I can thoroughly recommend Ride China and Jah for your trip through China!

Excellent Trip to Everest basecamp
Thanks to Jah and his crew. this motorcycle tour to Everest Base Camp Tibet was stress free and detailed. Riding in China does require many special paperwork and everything was taken care of upon my landing. The Hotels and restaurants chosen for this tour were all excellent and in the best locations. The bike rental and route were all top notch also. I would definitely book another tour to somewhere else again in the future. Thanks to Jah for such a memorable experience!

H2H Roadtrip - Hobart to Helsinki 2019
We have used "Ride China" to cross from Laos to Mongolia as part of our overland trip from Hobart to Helsinki. Our Guide Wang, did an outstanding job to insure that all our needs been taken care off. Amazing trip through Yunnan Province
Jah was an excellent guide. We covered over 1000 kms in our week-long, custom motorcycle trip through Dali, Sha-Xi, Bao Shan, Shangri-La and Lijiang. Brand new BMW hybrid bikes, great hotels and restaurants, beautiful weather. Could not have been a better trip!

Pakistan to Kazakhstan
Professional company that came recommended to us by friends who used their services in Tibet once before. We did a 4 day crossing from Pakistan to Kazakhstan on our own motorcycles. I would definitely consider using Jah again, Good communication and good English.

Yunnan best bits -a great intro to China
Endless switchback well-surfaced deserted roads and dirt riding through on-going road constructions and across Yangtze to Tiger leaping Gorge. Lots of culture and good food stops along the Tea Horse trail with gentleman Jah. A whole lotta fun !!

Best Trip Ever done in China
Jah was extremely helpful we did the trip from Kunming to Shangri-La stopping in Dali, Lijiang and other small villages, avoiding highways taking insane mountain roads. It was epic. The motorbikes were extremely reliable, brand new Chinese copies of BMW FG800s with plenty of space for the luggage, comfortable and easy to ride, Jah take well care of them. Honestly one of the best experience so far. No doubt go for it!!

Stunning scenery, friendly people, great guide
I've ridden motorcycles through dozens of countries on five continents and southwestern China ranks as one of the best trips I've done. Intriguing towns and villages, cultural sites and a muddy back road ride through the stunning Tiger Leaping Gorge. I feel that I have a very good overview of the Yunnan region after 2400 kilometers on two wheels. The bikes worked fine, accommodation and food were great and the route hit all the right notes for me.

Truly The Ride of a Lifetime
Ride China is a one-stop shop. They do everything, from arranging the motorcycle to planning the route, booking the hotels, choosing the excellent restaurants and answering every question. Jah, the owner, is very knowledgeable and really helpful. We were a group of eight riders and we had the most fantastic time. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone who loves motorcycles and wants to explore China. You will see a side of China very few people ever get the chance to see.

A spectacular sight that we have never seen
We had an adventures riding through the countless mountains of Yunnan. Experiencing different terrain situation and scenarios every other day all the way in this adventurous riding. A spectacular sight disorder that we have never seen, since we traveled by riding. Especially the trail and sceneries from Lijiang to Shaxi through village in the valley of Daju crossed Yang Tze river heading Tiger Leaping Gorge before arriving Shaxi was really adventurous and un forgettable. To all who are interested in traveling by riding motor do not miss the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of Yunnan. Thank you Ride China especially Mr Wang such a caring and helpfully guide all the way in our journey.

Live the dream Ride China
We had a 33 day tour with Ride China in September 2017. We found the owner Jah very helpful and responsive to our questions when we contacted him from Canada, throughout the process of preparing for the trip, and during the tour as well. Our tour leader Toni and our Driver Mr. Tang made our trip even more amazing and we would recommend them as a great team. We were very happy with the accommodation chosen for us. The food was incredible.

Beautiful Yunnan by motorcycle
We rode the Shangri La Tibet Borderlands Tour in November. Gorgeous landscapes and none of the summer crowds in Dali, Lijiang and Shangri-La. The mountains up North were especially spectacular. Our guide Wang was great! The hotels and food included in the trip arrangement were between functional and nice.

Thailand Laos China motorcycle tour
It doesn't get any better than this! If you want organization, good places to stay, good food, nice people, you should deal with these finefolks. A hard push and you need to be physically fit to do this.
